- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

- Paw Art by Prinz is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to international shipments. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at hello@pawartbyprinz.com. We will investigate and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
For packages confirmed as lost in transit, we will send a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Returned to Sender
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, delivery refusal, or failure to collect, it cannot be re-shipped automatically. You will need to place a new order and will be responsible for the associated costs.
