Returns Policy

Due to the custom-made nature of our products, we do not accept returns or provide a return address. Each item is made specifically for your order and is unique to you. If you wish to place a replacement order, you will be responsible for the associated costs.



Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

If we confirm the issue, we will gladly send you a replacement at no additional cost. This includes:

  • Damage during shipping
  • Incorrect item or quantity received
  • Quality defects in the product

Quality Assurance Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the quality of your order, contact us within 30 days of receiving the item. We will investigate the issue and work toward a solution.

If our team validates the concern:

  • We will send a complimentary replacement at no additional charge.


Color Variations

While we strive for color consistency, slight variations can occur due to the printing process. Influencing factors include:

  • Printing machine settings
  • Material or paper types
  • Room humidity levels
  • Maintenance schedules

These minor differences are within industry tolerance levels and are not covered under our quality guarantee.


Orders Lost in Shipping

If your order is lost during transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Once we confirm the package is lost, we will send a replacement order at no additional cost.



Returned to Sender

If an order is returned to the sender, it cannot be re-shipped automatically. A new order must be placed, and you will be responsible for the associated costs.

Reasons for return to sender include:

  1. Incorrect Address: If the provided address is incomplete or inaccurate.
  2. Delivery Refused: If the recipient declines delivery.
  3. Uncollected Shipments: If the package is not picked up from the local courier or post office.
